Rice dishes made in an Alicante style are our specialty. And if it’s not to your liking, we’ll do it again. There are other ideas to make your mouth water, also with a marine flavour, such as Galician oysters, the cod loin fritters, homemade monkfish and prawn croquettes, wood-oven cooked sardines, grilled razor clams with olive paste and pine nuts or a fresh fish platter, among other products brought each day from the fish market.



Almost all the fish is cooked in a wood-fire oven, but some is casseroled, with a salted and herbed, baked potato base, all available on the menu along with other food market ideas, including salads, entrées and meat dishes, again cooked in the wood-fire oven.



A good wine and cava list chosen to accompany the food on the menu complete the Marítim's proposal to you, to really hit the spot.
